Have radishes changed or have I?
I recall years ago that radishes used to have a bit of a kick to them, not exactly like hot peppers but you knew when you bit into them.
But no more.
Now they hardly seem to have any flavor at all, and certainly not anything like a kick.
And I’ve tried the packaged radishes without the leaves as well as the ones with the leaves still attached. Can’t tell the difference.
Is it just me? Am I misremembering? Or have radishes changed?
