One of the most useful gadgets I’ve gotten in recent years is the Brown Sugar Keeper. 

As the name suggests, it keeps brown sugar from drying out.

It’s just a rubbery kind of ring that you soak in warm water for a few minutes, then you place it inside the top of an OXO canister.

It keeps brown sugar fresh for weeks.
