I gave Peco a call yesterday to see if I could find out the status of my request to have the electrical wires that enter my house insulated so that Critter Control can start doing its thing to get rid of the squirrel infestation in the top of my house.

The nice woman who answered the phone wanted to know if I had submitted my request via their web site.

I admitted that I had.

She said that their web site was broken and anything submitted that way did not reach them. If I would give her my email address, she would send me the forms to fill out and I could submit them that way.

Which I did, with a note that this was now an urgent request.

For all the good that it would do.

I also sent a note to the folks at Critter Control to let them know what was going on.
