It occurs to me I never posted pics of the holes that the squirrels made, so here’s one of them.

Peco was supposed to come yesterday, but they never showed up and when I called, it was too late in the day and I got voicemail.

So I called this morning and the pleasant woman answered, and I’m sorry but I still haven’t caught her name. She said that she received email from the crew this morning and they needed some additional information but they’ll be coming this morning.

Well, by this time I was in I’ll believe it when I see it mode.

But when I was eating my breakfast, I saw a fellow across the street in a hardhat eyeing my house. And shortly after that my phone rang.

It was him. He was the sub-contractor for Peco and he was here to do the job. Well, he and his young associate, who I soon discovered was a first timer, as he wasn’t used to the swaying of the ladder when it was leaning on the cable.

But they are finishing up the job as I type this, and I’ve already sent email to Critter Control, so I’m waiting to hear from them now.
