Smothered Chicken

This smothered chicken recipe looked like it wouldn’t be too difficult to make. Not too many ingredients and no special techniques to master. As usual though, I vastly under estimated the time it would take. I decided not to use parts from a whole chicken like they did in the video but to use all chicken thighs instead. Here I have most of the ingredients assembled, and the thighs are salted and floured and ready to go.
