One of the pleasures of watching old television shows is seeing actors before they became famous.

For example, here’s a brief scene from the 1991 12th episode of the second season of Law & Order, “Start Struck”, featuring one of the earliest appearances of someone who would become quite well-known a few years later.

At this point in her career, she wasn’t even one of the featured actors in the opening credits that flashed on the screen during the first few scenes, and when she made her appearance, I received a very pleasant surprise.

I’m sure you’ll recognize her instantly.

Two years later she would be the featured actor in a very famous episode of the same series, just an indication of how quickly folks recognized her considerable talent.
