When I was in college I came to the conclusion that the vast majority of the people in top management positions at most companies are truly awful people and quite stupid. Nothing I have learned since then has shaken me from that view, although learning that many of them are sociopaths does help to explain it somewhat.

A recent example of stupidity comes from one of our foremost streaming services, which as it happens is the service that features John Oliver’s program. So naturally he has a bit of fun with them. I pulled out the two sections from his most recent show where he takes them to task, and I included his final segment on the winner of his challenge to Minor League Baseball.

It’s very funny and if you haven’t seen it, perhaps you’ll get a few chuckles out of it. Enjoy!
