Larry Charles, who wrote many of the most memorable episodes of Seinfeld, has a new memoir out: Comedy Samurai: Forty Years of Blood, Guts, and Laughter.

In his new memoir, Comedy Samurai, Larry Charles reflects on his career in comedy — from writing for Seinfeld to directing Sacha Baron Cohen’s films Borat and Brüno — and a recent near-death experience.

Among the episodes that Terry asks him about are the library episode where Jerry Seinfeld is accused of having a many years overdue book, and of course, the one that gave rise to the catch phrase that I used as a title of this post.
