Lately I’ve been getting a lot of messages from Instagram telling me that they received a password reset request on my account.

These requests have not come from me.

To tell the truth, I don’t know why I still have an Instagram account, as Instagram is owned by that same Arschloch that owns Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and I cancelled my FB account years ago because I couldn’t stand him or the way he managed his company.

I never use Instagram anymore.

Same with WhatsApp. Never use it. I wish all of Zuck’s apps and companies would just die a hideous death.

But as far as the password reset goes, no, that’s not me resetting it.

It’s either some malicious attempt to break into my account (unlikely) or someone who forgot their user ID (as well as their password) and mistakenly typed in my ID by mistake.

It seems to be harmless, and I just tell Instagram that I didn’t request the reset, so my password, which I never use anyway, doesn’t get reset.
