I’m normally happy with OXO kitchen products, but their citrus fruit squeezer that I got several years ago is an exception. It did an ok job with most limes, but lemons tended to be too large to fit and required too much pressure to get too little juice. Plus, cleaning it was never satisfactory; I always thought that the citrusy juices lingered on it.

So I went in search of a new squeeze and found it in the Chef’n FreshForce Lemon Squeezer Citrus Juicer.

It requires much less muscle power to produce much more juice and cleaning it is much more satisfactory. And I like the colors. I got the lime green.
