I was going through some old papers and came across a couple old photo IDs.

I didn’t realize I still had my Penn State photo ID, there it was.

I’m not sure when that picture was taken, but as I’m wearing sport jacket, I don’t think it was when I moved up there to start classes. I probably went there a few months earlier for some sort of orientation meeting or something, and the photo was taken then, though I don’t remember it at all.

And then there’s this driver’s license from 1991.

One of the few times that I did not have a full beard for some reason. And my hair and beard were still dark. It was only a few years later that they both began to, uh, lighten.
