The Acme was out of Greek yogurt the other day, so I bought some Icelandic yogurt.

It’s just as thick and creamy as the Greek yogurt, and it has a few advantages as well.

It has three more grams of protein per serving but 20 fewer calories.

Of course, it has some disadvantages also. Like it’s several dollars more expensive.

Oh well, you can’t have everything, I guess.

We had an Icelandic exchange student at Elco during my junior year. Arni Magnusson was his name. He was only in one of my classes, chemistry, and I never really got to know him. He was very laid back and quiet.
